What is Coliving?
Coliving is a concept of collaborative living, where sustainability, integration, and collaboration are prized - a concept that is definitely here to stay! Is a real estate term that has recently become popular: it is a new form of habitat born in the United States in the 2000s that integrates the workplace and the home. Here individuals have their own rooms but share common areas like the living room and kitchen.

Fundamentally, coliving is a cultural distinction, as it can encompass many structural forms, such as rental and ownership, and urban and rural. And the demographics tend towards professionals in their 20s and 30s rather than families, boomers and retirees.
Living in a coliving building means sharing different common spaces, moments, experiences, and projects, without giving up a small amount of privacy. Coliving spaces offer services similar to those of a hotel, such as weekly cleaning or common spaces dedicated to coworking, a gym, a games room or large terraces (depending on the type of property).
