This loft is a fully furnished, equipped and recently renovated space, designed to provide a warm, cozy and special experience, ideal for enjoying Barcelona as a local with all the comforts of a comfortable home.
The modern Loft in the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona has 60 m² and is located in the most central area of the city. In addition to a large terrace with a solarium-pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas, including the pool, this loft can accommodate up to 6 people. Its design has open spaces and contemporary interior design that will make you feel at home.
The spacious living-dining room is at the heart of the apartment and offers access to an interior gallery. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The loft has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.
Located on the ground floor of the building and a few meters from the Arc de Triomphe, this modern apartment is very well connected with bus stops and close to the metro, as well as being a few minutes from the train station that will take you to the airport and other parts of the city. Its strategic location is perfect for exploring Barcelona and its surroundings, such as Montjuic, the main museums, Plaza España, theaters on Avenida Paral·lel and the Camp Nou.
If you come in a large group, in the same building we have another 10 apartments that can accommodate up to 68 people. This is ideal for families traveling together but wanting to remain private, corporate groups, friends and much more. All these comfortable and modern apartments are fully renovated and have a lift.
The location of the loft is unbeatable, next to the Arc de Triomf, just a 10-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and 15 minutes from the Palau de la Música Catalana. In addition, it is very close to emblematic places such as Casa Batlló, the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, the Gothic Quarter, Plaça Catalunya and many more.

The district
The location of this apartment is excellent: a short walk from the famous Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella (a really nice park very popular among young people and families). Plaça de Catalunya (the main square in Barcelona) and its variety of bars, restaurants and shops is really close to the apartment too. Visit the Barri Gòtic (the gothic town) with its quaint narrow streets and street artists.
Do not forget to visit the Born, one of the three districts of Ciutat Vella. Walk along its streets full of shops, small cafes and restaurants with delicious tapas. Visit the Picasso Museum and the Chocolate Museum, or take a walk along the Passeig Joan Borbó down to la Barceloneta.
