The monthly price is for a 10-11 months contract.
Agency fees are 10% of the total contract (VAT not included).
Please note that for contracts of
7-8-9 months + 10% on the rental price
4-5-6 months + 20% on the rental price
3 months and less + 25% of the rental price
This room has a minimum stay of 6 months.
Payments methods accepted
For bank transfers, we don't accept fortnightly/biweekly payments.
To confirm the reservation, agency fees must be paid.
Once they are paid, you will be able to pay the first month's rent and the deposit.
Important information
- For access to the room, we work with electronic keys that will be sent through an app.
- Supplies: Per month and per person. Supplies are €135/month and per person. Of these €135 (€90 is for water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi and €45 is for weekly cleaning of common areas). If there was a room where 2 people could be, the cost of supplies would be per person.
- The visit of family members or friends will be admitted with the prior permission of all the student residents in the apartment, and only during the day. Visitors cannot stay in the apartment during the night.
