The district
Sarrià is the neighbourhood par excellence of Barcelona. It retains the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbours. A district of shops and stately mansions but also parks, health institutions and prestigious schools. To have a walk through Sarrià is always a pleasure and a reunion with the past.
The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighbourhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.
Conditions of reservation
1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

a. Letter of university admission,
b. Proof of payment of studies,
c. Proof of solvency and/or third-party guarantee.
Companies
a. Title of incorporation of the company,
b. Title accrediting the faculties of the legal representative of the company,
c. Corporate income tax filed in the last fiscal year (model 200).
Employee
a. Last three payslips,
b. Employment contract,
c. Last tax return.
Self-employed
a. Last income tax return,
b. Last three I.R.P.F. payment receipts,
c. Details of the manager or administrator.
Other
a. Bank references or bank guarantee,
b. Proof of income abroad
c. Personal recommendations signed and sealed by the issuing body.
Utilities
The utilities are not included. The guest has to pay directly to the owner of the apartment.
The contract
Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.
Security deposit
The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
Day of arrival
You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays.
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.
