Fully furnished and equipped apartment, ready to move into. Along Diagonal Avenue and Francesc Macià square: Marimon Passage. Inner and quiet. It has an area of 79 sqm built (70 smq useful). With three rooms: one double of 11 sqm and two singles of 7 sqm each.

The Living room of 30 sqm, with a balcony of 4 sqm. Two bathrooms of 3 sqm respectively (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray).

Kitchen of 6 sqm equipped with fridge, oven and washing machine. 2 sqm laundry room. Air conditioning cold and heat). Parquet floors. Aluminum exterior carpentry. Wifi. Services ready to run. Third floor of real height with elevator. House was built in 1964, with four neighbors per floor. Very close to the Diagonal Campus of the University of Barcelona and important business headquarters.

Well connected: a three-minute walk from the bus lines that run along Diagonal Avenue and close to the “Francesc Macià” Tram station (T1, T2 and T3). Energy Certification: G. Conditions: Deposit of two months. Demonstrable solvency through payroll or income is required.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

The district

Sarrià is the neighbourhood par excellence of Barcelona. It retains the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbours. A district of shops and stately mansions but also parks, health institutions and prestigious schools. To have a walk through Sarrià is always a pleasure and a reunion with the past.

The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighbourhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.

Conditions of reservation

1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

Payments

Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract. 

• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.

Utilities

The utilities are not included. The guest has to pay directly to the owner of the apartment.

The contract

Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.

Security deposit

The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.

The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.


Day of arrival

You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays. 
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.
