Fenomenal el apartamento y la zona. Tuve que trasladarme 2 meses a Barcelona por trabajo y encontré esta gran opción. El barrio es magnífico y tiene supermercado y transporte público al alcance El piso es duplex y con una terraza bonita

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. When we arrived nothing was too much trouble, the check-in happened to be in the office which is right next to the apartment. The parking they offered is off-road and very secure. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice Apartment with 2 wonderful Bedrooms. 1 Bedroom and 1 more Toilet one floor up stairs. They come and bring us the key, the office was direct by the apartment. The rooms was clean and the staff also very helpful.

Great location close to centre and many good restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and tidy at our arrival! The staff helped us with with our luggage.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures!! It was very clean, great air conditioning, good wifi, good hot shower, good location close to El Born district (10 min walk). There isn't much noise in the street.

We had a great time. The apartment was comfortable and metro and supermarket very nearby. Also the people from My Space were very helpful and friendly. If you're tall, you should take into account that the beams upstairs in the apartment are very low! We bumped our heads several times!!fridge didn't close properly but none of this made our stay less pleasant. Location and comfort ere excellent!

The district

Sarrià is the quintessential neighborhood of Barcelona. It retains the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbours. A district of shops and stately mansions but also parks, health institutions and prestigious schools. To have a walk through Sarrià is always a pleasure and a reunion with the past.

 

The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighborhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.

What to visit

The Modernist route of Barcelona is one of the most important attractions of Barcelona. In the district of El Putxet there are some of the jewels of the artistic movement. Among them, you can find some of Gaudi´s work like:

Arcs d’en Gaudí in Bellesguard street, CosmoCaixa in Isaac Newton street 26, El Frare Blanc in Av. Tibidabo 31, Tramvia Blau in Av. Tibidabo / pl. Kennedy, Casa modernista in Vallirana street 61, El Pinar or Casa Arnús in Manuel Arnús street 1, Casa Tosquella in Rda. Gral Mitre 221, Torre Bellesguard in Bellesguard street 20, Park del Putxet or the Convent de Valldonzella in Cister street 39.

Gaudi´s masterpiece, The park Guell, is also located very close to our apartments.

Conditions of reservation

1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

Payments

Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract. 

• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.

Utilities

The utilities will be included in the total amount for your reservation but only up to 225 € per month. If this amount is more at the end of each month you will have to pay the difference and it can be taken from the security deposit. 

The contract

Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.

Security deposit

You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:
-1 month: 500 €
- 2 months: 700 €
- 3 month: 900 €
-If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.

The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.

Day of arrival

You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays. 
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.
