Renting your accommodation with My Space Barcelona is very easy!
To rent an apartment with us you only need to choose the apartment you would like to stay at from our website. Before renting your apartment you should know that we ask for the 30% of the total amount for the reservation to confirm it. Once this payment has been done, you will receive the confirmation email. In order to make this payment, you have 2 options:
Once you have chosen the apartment you want to rent you should click on “book now”, then you will have to confirm your dates, choose the amount of guests and proceed; you will then have the option to ask for the extra services you want to have, like extra cleanings, parking, gym, baby cot, tickets, etc. You will then be asked to confirm your personal details.
Please remember to double check your dates and information before booking and also reading our terms and conditions before proceeding with the payment. To proceed with your booking you will be asked to prepay 30%, this amount is calculated over the total of the reservation and you will need to pay it before receiving the reservation confirmation.
You will need to pay this amount with your credit card through our server or request our bank details instead to do a bank transfer. If you choose credit card payment, you will need to introduce the details to proceed with the reservation. Please make sure the card’s holder, card number and expiration date are correct.
Fields marked with (*) are mandatory to proceed with the reservation. Your credit card details will not be saved anywhere in our system, we are connected to an online payment processing system and it’s the responsible for the charges. This means that your details will only be exchanged between you and the processer (TPV Virtual – Redsys), and no one else will be able to access these details.
Booking through phone or email:
In this case, you will only be able to prepay through bank transfer and it must be requested. Once you have asked for our bank details you must proceed with the payment in the next 24 hours or your reservation could be cancelled. As soon as the payment is done, you must send us an email with a screenshot or receipt of the transfer to email@example.com. Without this proof your reservation will not be blocked and the apartment could get booked by a third party. As soon as we receive the money to our bank account you will receive the confirmation email for your reservation.
NOTE: Your reservation will only be completed when we receive the prepayment and you get your confirmation email. In case of cancellation we will not refund the prepayment. For more information, read our website terms and conditions.
